Kicking

Swimmers learnt the fundamental skill of kicking and the importance of the correct leg action and its purpose.

Turns

The basics of competitive turns performed correctly, including body position and alignment.

Sculling Basics

Developing catch and feel for the water. Growing in ability to perform various sculling and body position.

Technique Based Learning

Swimmers grow in their ability to execute skills in a variety of ways. Drills for all strokes are developed.
